Wager Large and Win Little in Craps
If you consider using this system you really want to have a very big bankroll and incredible discipline to step away when you realize a tiny success. For the benefit of this essay, a figurative buy in of $2,000 is used.
The Horn Bet numbers are certainly not judged the "winning way to compete" and the horn bet itself has a house advantage well over 12 %.
All you are playing is $5 on the pass line and a single number from the horn. It doesn’t matter if it is a "craps" or "yo" as long as you bet it always. The Yo is more established with people using this approach for obvious reasons.
Buy in for $2,000 when you approach the table but only put $5.00 on the passline and one dollar on either the two, three, eleven, or twelve. If it wins, great, if it loses press to two dollars. If it does not win again, press to four dollars and continue on to $8, then to $16 and after that add a one dollar each subsequent bet. Every instance you don’t win, bet the previous bet plus an additional dollar.
Employing this approach, if for instance after 15 tosses, the number you wagered on (11) hasn’t been thrown, you without doubt should go away. However, this is what could happen.
On the 10th roll, you have a sum of $126 in the game and the YO finally hits, you gain three hundred and fifteen dollars with a profit of $189. Now is a great time to step away as it is a lot more than what you joined the table with.
If the YO does not hit until the 20th toss, you will have a total bet of $391 and seeing as current action is at $31, you earn $465 with your gain being $74.
As you can see, using this approach with only a one dollar "press," your gain becomes tinier the longer you gamble on without attaining a win. That is why you should step away once you have won or you have to bet a "full press" once more and then advance on with the one dollar boost with each roll.
Crunch some numbers at home before you try this so you are very adept at when this approach becomes a non-winning affair instead of a profitable one.
